Straight answers about budgets, platforms, cameras, connectivity, preparation and what happens after the event.

Section · 01

Cost and booking

Yelo packages start at R14,500 including VAT. The final price depends on event duration, cameras, crew, remote contributors, venue systems, connectivity, platform and post-event outputs.

The planner cannot inspect the venue or programme. It provides a useful budget range; a producer confirms the final scope and quotation after reviewing the brief.

Two to four weeks is sensible for a straightforward event. Four to six weeks or more is recommended for hybrid conferences, multiple speakers, custom graphics or platform dependencies.

The date is confirmed only after the final quotation and booking terms are accepted and any required payment is received.

Cameras, sound and content

One camera can suit a focused presentation. Two cameras improve pace and speaker coverage. Three cameras help with panels, demonstrations, audience questions or wider rooms.

Streaming microphones and venue AV are different requirements. We connect to suitable venue systems or scope additional sound, screens or lighting after reviewing the room.

A full-event recording is included or specified in the selected package. Editing, chapters, captions, highlight films and social clips are separate outputs unless the quote includes them.

Yes. Final media must be supplied in the agreed format before the technical rehearsal so playback and rights can be checked.

Section · 03

Platforms, privacy and internet

We can work with platforms such as YouTube, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, plus suitable client-owned platforms. The recommendation depends on audience access, privacy, interaction and scale.

Yes. Privacy depends on the chosen platform and account configuration. Options may include unlisted links, registration, authenticated access or restricted distribution.

We assess venue connectivity and may use venue Internet, managed mobile connectivity or a backup route. The suitable approach depends on coverage, bandwidth, network restrictions and event risk.

No live platform or connection can be guaranteed absolutely. We plan practical redundancy where appropriate and record the programme locally so an agreed recovery or upload route is available.

Section · 04

Speakers and process

Yes. Remote contributors should complete a technical check and use a suitable device, microphone, lighting and stable connection.

Professional and Enhanced packages include the stated rehearsal support. Additional rehearsal time can be added where the programme or speakers need it.

Yelo is best for organisations needing a clear, professional 1-3 camera production. Complex enterprise requirements are assessed and may be led by Astral Studios.

No. We provide technical production. The client remains responsible for legal compliance, consent, copyright, governance, voting, platform terms and audience communications.
